Political Scientist Antje Wiener held a public lecture at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna on 17 April, which is now made available online. Wiener discusses contestation in world politics, in particular the Turbot War read as a site of critical encounter. 

About Antje Wiener

Antje Wiener holds the Chair of Political Science, esp. Global Governance at the University of Hamburg. She has held international fellowships in Canada, Italy, Germany, the UK and the USA, and was made a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in the UK in 2011. She is founding co-editor of Global Constitutionalism. At NIAS, she is EURIAS Senior Fellow and works on norm contestation and the legitimacy gap in global governance
