What is the impact of differences in levels of education on political behaviour and attitude? Do we witness the rise of a new cultural, political cleavage in western societies, based on educational levels? On 21 June, Van Doorn Fellow Mark Bovens explored these question in his Inaugural Speech, accepting the very first Van Doorn Chair and Fellowship.
