Lorentz Center opens new workshop facility

On 4 October 2012, the Lorentz Center in Leiden, celebrated the opening of Lorentz Center@Snellius, their new workshop facility.

 

NIAS and the Lorentz Center combine forces in the NIAS-Lorentz Program, a program that aims at bridging the humanities/social sciences with the natural/technological sciences.

 

The Lorentz Center@Snellius was opened by, amongst others, Willem te Beest (Leiden University). 

Lorentz Center@Snellius is a new, smaller facility dedicated to workshops for up to 25 participants.
