On 22 April, L’Oréal, Unesco, NIAS, KHMW and the Dutch Network of Women Professors award two fellowships and three rising talent awards to women scientist. The Dutch For-Women-in-Science program aims to stimulate the careers of female scholars, contributing to a fair gender balance in academia in the long term.

On behalf of the partners of the Dutch For Women in Science program and the moderator of the event, Kathleen Ferrier, we invite you to attend the online ceremony of the For Women in Science Fellowships and the Rising Talents Awards. During this ceremony, female scientists will be awarded for their research and outstanding contribution to science.

For Women in Science Programme

The For Women in Science programme is a global initiative by Fondation L’Oréal and Unesco to empower more women scientists to achieve scientific excellence and participate equally in solving the great challenges facing humanity.

The Dutch FWIS programme is carried out in cooperation with NIAS, the Dutch Network of Women Professors (LNVH) and the Koninklijke Hollandsche Maatschappij der Wetenschappen.
