On Thursday 18 Feb, Lindsay Braun will take us on an exploration of Cultures of Colonial Compilation: Settler Societies and Information Management in South Africa.

Lindsay Braun’s project studies the collection, processing, reissue, and at times recycling or revision of information as ‘knowledge’ in 19th‐century colonial contexts, as well as the erasure of voices and ascriptions of authority that attended that activity. Read more in the documents below.
