NIAS Fellow Gieskes lectures at Stedelijk Museum 's-Hertogenbosch

On Tuesday 23 November 2010 Mette Gieskes, NIAS Fellow 2010/11, will lecture at the Stedelijk Museum ‘s-Hertogenbosch [Municipal Museum ‘s-Hertogenbosch]. The lecture is part of the exhibition Point and Shoot by Martha Rosler. The lecture is entitled Een omstreden oorlog spaarzaam verbeeld: Amerikaanse representaties van de Vietnamoorlog, circa 1970 [A Controversial War Economically Displayed: American Representations of the Vietnam War, circa 1970].
