during my time at NIAS, I have been able to continue my work on the dynamics of European networks in various ways. First, it has given ample opportunity to develop personally new concepts and ideas on network connectivity, network externality and network dynamics. Second, the stay at NIAS has led to intensive brainstorm contacts and meetings with other members of the ‘Europe on the Move’ theme group.
