The book manuscript Konzepte der Aufmerksamkeit. Entstehung, Wandlungen und Funktionen eines psychologischen Begriffs (‘Conceptions of attention. Emergence, transformation and functions of a psychological concept’) has been completed during the NIAS year. The book contains a critical reconstruction of the concept of attention, starting from ancient philosophy, and ending with recent developments in attentional theory.
