Ronald Hill, born in Braunston, UK, in 1943. Ph.D. from the University of Essex, Colchester. Associate Professor of Political Science at Trinity College, Dublin.

During my stay at NIAS I got involved in a major book project Approaching Eastern Europe together with J. Zielonka. I also worked on the second edition of my text Soviet Union: Politics, Economics and Society.
