Robert Cribb, born in Brisbane, Australia, in 1957. Ph.D. from the University of London (SOAS). Assistant Professor of Indonesian History at the Australian National University, Canberra.

I have worked on two major projects, viz. a history of the financing of the Indonesian Republic during the revolution against Dutch Rule, 1945-1949 and a historical dictionary of Indonesia, as well as continuing the editing of a volume on the mass killings in Indonesia in 1965-66.
