Geert Corstens, born in Helvoirt, the Netherlands, in 1946. Ll.D. from the University of Amsterdam. Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at Radboud University Nijmegen.

Fellow (1 February 1993 – 1 July 1993)

My stay at NIAS from 1 February till 1 July 1993 was very fruitful. I was able to finally complete a handbook on criminal procedure, whose progress had been long delayed due to other academic obligations.
