There will be poetry readings and talks by, among others, Ghayath Almadhoun (current writer-in-residence at NIAS). Presentations and performances will be in Arabic as well as in translation (English and Dutch).
As a fitting accompaniment to this cultural evening, a variety of delicious Syrian dishes will be served – all catered by Safa’s Kitchen. The tables will be decorated in Iftar style by Fatiha and Habiba El-Hajjari.
All food is halal. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be served.
