Extraordinary general assembly NIAS Fellows Association on 21 February 2025

On 21 February an extraordinary general assembly for members of the NIAS Fellows Association (NFA) will be held to appoint new board members . This extraordinary general assembly will be held online, through a video call, initiated from the offices of the Association on 21 February 2025 at 15.00 PM (CET) at NIAS.

Proxy
If you are unable to be present at the meeting, you may authorize a representative (for example one of the board members) to represent you at the general assembly by proxy. Please make sure to sign a proxy and provide such proxy in advance of the assembly by emailing it to rene.biemans@nias.knaw.nl (staff support member to the NFA board). You can download the form: Proxy General Assembly NFA 21 February 2025. Please make sure that the proxy is signed by you and that you attach a photograph, a copy or a scan of your passport.

Agenda
The agenda of the general assembly is as follows:

  1. Appointment of chair and secretary of the Meeting.
  2. Opening of the Meeting.
  3. Establishment of attendees present or represented at the Meeting.
  4. Appointment of the new chair of the board: candidate Ayşenur Korkmaz (voting item).
  5. Appointment of the new secretary of the board: candidate Matthew Hoye (voting item).
  6. Appointment of new board member: candidate María J. Arche (voting item).
  7. Closing words.
