The European Network of Institute for Advanced Studies (NetIAS) is kickstarting a new lecture series on the theme of ‘Borders’.
The Network is made up of 25 Institute for Advanced Studies from 17 countries and the series showcases the quality and diversity of the research conducted in its member institutes. All the institutes share the same principle of facilitating curiosity driven research
Starting from June 4 2020, every Thursday from 4-5 pm, different scholars will present the latest international research and new thinking on borders. Borders understood as real and symbolic, political and social, thereby embracing a broad variety of perspectives and approaches.
