
The Annual NIAS Lecture “An Imagined Past; The Politics of History Making” will take place at the Pakhuis de Zwijger on 21 April 2021 in Amsterdam. The event will take place in a hybrid form allowing for online participation.
We are delighted to announce the speakers for this Annual NIAS Lecture:
Christophe Bertossi, Director of the Centre for Migrations and Citizenship at the French Institute for International Relations
Femke Halsema, Mayor of the City of Amsterdam
Jennifer Tosch, Initiator of Black Heritage Tours in Amsterdam and New York, co-founder of the Sites of Memory Foundation and member of the Mapping Slavery Project in the Netherlands
Registrations for the event will open in March 2021.
