NIAS’ staff are dedicated to providing the best possible research environment for the pursuit of curiosity-driven advanced research in the humanities and social sciences.

NIAS’ administrative staff and community of international scholars help make sure that creativity and forward-thinking ideas can thrive, and NIAS’ small team and flat organisational structure keep the working environment informal and democratic.
