Fellow (1 September 1993 – 30 June 1994)

I concentrated mostly on my “Governance in a world with IT” individual project for which I attempted to lay some common ground in the form of basic working definitions and clarification of concepts, especially with regard to information and information technologies. I was also a participant in the “Informatization in Public Administration” nucleus and as such, contributed to the common publication of the group.
