For many years, the American Harvard sociologist Frank Dobbin has been researching how organisations can increase diversity. He spent the past six months as a fellow at NIAS where he researched the effectiveness of diversity policies at universities. In his interview with Sezen Moeliker Dobbin he tells how it suits him to get away from home in the United States for a while.
