Almost the whole of my stay at NIAS has been dedicated to preparing a monograph on Dutch eighteenth-century bookbinding which is to appear in 1991/1992 in three volumes. A first draft of the introductory text was written, as well as a more definite text on binding in Utrecht and Leiden.
