During my stay at NIAS, I worked on several projects: 1) I participated in the themegroup De geschiedenis van Nederland in een vergelijkend perspectief; 2) a chapter on the ‘Burgundian Netherlands’ for the new Cambridge Medieval History; 3) a general book on ‘Europe 1250-1500’; and 4) archival work on the extent and consequences of the debasement- and war-led inflations of the 1480s in the Netherlands.
