Wojciech Sadurski, born in Warsaw. Poland, in 1950. Ph.D. from the University of Warsaw. Assistant Professor of Jurisprudence at the University of Sydney.

I have substantially advanced my research project on ‘Affirmative Action in Comparative Perspective’ and I have completed a book related to another research project, ‘Moral Pluralism and Legal Neutrality’ which is soon to be published. The general argument of the book is that the conception of neutrality of the law towards competing moral conceptions of the good provides the best account of a liberal model of law.
