While at the NIAS I worked on two projects: (1) The editing of the International Handbook of Participation in Organizations and (2) the writing of a chapter on contextual changes which took place in 12 countries (mostly European) during the 1978-1987 period in areas relevant to the developments in Industrial Democracy.
