Research Question
My goal is to explain or understand why it is essential for the success of universities that they commit to working explicitly and deliberately to improve gender equality.
Project Description
I will be taking the expertise I have acquired through several years of university leadership in the area of gender equality and gender balance, and writing a book targeted at people in university leadership, presenting the arguments connecting gender balance in organizations with the quality of the work produced at those organizations.
