The aim of my project, lying in the field of the history of philosophy, was to show that the status of the synthetic a priori and the distinction between analytic and synthetic judgements in Kant and Frege should be viewed and clarified in the light of another model of scientific rationality, that of apodeictic or classical (deductive) science.
