For my stay at NIAS, I had planned to complete the first draft of a book upon a medieval rhymed world-chronicle: the Voortzetting van de Spiegel historiael (the “Continuation of the Mirror of history”, 14th century). As it happened, I completed five out of the seven proposed chapters.
