INSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURE, ETHOS AND INTRINSIC MOTIVATION.

During my visit to the NIAS I intended to further develop my research on institutional structure, ethos and intrinsic motivation. In particular, my work at the NIAS will be used to develop joint work on two specific questions: how relationships between institutions affects the ethos and intrinsic motivation of those within the institutions, and how and why, witihn organisations, identifiable groups or individuals are treated (or acht) differently.
