I achieved several things:
was the main organizer of an international conference in psychophysiology concerning cardiovascular integration with respiratory and somatic systems;
I started a new research project, dealing with respiration, respiratory-cardiac interaction and susceptibility to psychological stress; and
the initiation of a project on psychological therapy for individuals who possess certain behavioural traits which put them at risk for heart disease.
