Giovanni Flores d’Arcais, born in Galzignano, Italy, in 1936. Ph.D. from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’. Professor of Experimental Psychology at Leiden University and Senior Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, Nijmegen.

My work at NIAS has been in the first place dedicated to the organization and the cooperation of the research group on ‘Reading, word recognition and dyslexia’. For my own work I have been working on a book on Language Comprehension.
