Hans Crombag, born in 1935. Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam. Professor of Law and Psychology at Maastricht University.
Fellow (1 September 1990 – 30 June 1991)
As part of the nucleus ‘Law and psychology’, I worked on a book on criminal proof, which describes how judicial decisions as to the guilt or innocence of criminal defendants are taken. The empirical base, 36 actual criminal cases, were collected and analysed during the year.
