During my stay I worked on a book entitled Mensenrechten: Bestanddeel van het Buitenlands Beleid. Part I deals with the relationship between human rights and foreign policy in general. Part II deals more in particular with the human rights policy of the United States, the Soviet Union, some Western European states and the Third World.
