PROPORTIONALITY IN THE LAW OF THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (WTO)
My research deals with the new international law of the world trade organisation. in its case law, the WTO Appelate Body has to determine what national measures constitute restrictions on trade, and whether they are jusitfied.
