About Klaartje

A good listener, a friendly and positive colleague and an experienced communications advisor who knows a lot about online communication.

At NIAS Klaartje takes care of brand management, formulating communication strategies and she translates them to be used in various media. She takes care of the website and all sorts of content creation: conducting interviews, writing articles, posts, commissioning video, infographics, flyers and posters. She is capable of making complex topics accessible.

She is also a mother of two, a keen reader of literary novels and she likes listening to (non-)fiction story telling podcasts. She likes to travel for long periods and has lived in Italy and The Philippines. Klaartje holds a Master’s degree in both Nederlandse Taal- en Letterkunde and Algemene Literatuur Wetenschap.
