The impact of the Covid-19 crisis on labor market inclusion of people with occupational disabilities
Research Question
How does the Covid-19 crisis impact the meaning of labor market inclusion of people with occupational disabilities?
Project Description
Currently, the coronavirus crisis is still in full swing and it has clear consequences for people with occupational disabilities. Some of them work from home or continue working at a distance of six feet from others. Others have lost their jobs due to the crisis or still have a contract but are waiting to return to work. These consequences can drastically change the meaning of labor market inclusion. For example: to what extent can working from home be seen as being included in the labor market? The consequences of the Covid-19 crisis will be examined from an interdisciplinary perspective combining sociological and psychological insights.
